Greystoke Homes & Support Services Inc. is pleased to announce effective September 30, 2011 Greystoke has been acquired by CBI Home Health, part of the CBI Health Group, one of the country’s largest and most diverse health care companies. (Check out CBI website: www.cbi.ca)
CBI Home Health has been a Home Care service provider in Alberta and Ontario for over 35 years providing a range of health care and support services including personal care, nursing services, therapies and social and community services. We are excited to align our considerable internal resources and well-earned reputation with CBI Home Health in a partnership that complements our existing culture and mirrors our mandate and philosophy. In addition, this partnership provides significant opportunity to leverage each other’s strengths and resources while continuing to move towards a shared vision of expanding the delivery of quality services across southern Alberta.
While some change is anticipated over time, the management team at Greystoke as well as our name and location will remain in place thereby resulting in no disruption or major change to current services.
We look forward to an exciting future as we plan and work together in the months ahead building a strong operational partnership. We will keep you informed of any specific changes that may impact you and the administration, management and service delivery of Greystoke.
